Hey friends! If you know me, you know I only really like easy recipes, so I’m super excited to share this old favorite of mine with all of you!

Ingredients:
- 5-6 small potatoes
- 1 package of french onion soup mix
- 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil
Preheat oven to 425.
Cube the potatoes. The smaller they are, the less time it’ll take to cook them! Throw the potatoes in a gallon Ziploc bag, add olive oil, depending on how big your potatoes are you might need just one tbsp., or you might need two. (I never really measure; I just pour a bit in there.) Then add the package of soup mix. Close the Ziploc bag and shake until potatoes are fully covered.
Dump everything into a greased 9×13 pan, throw in the oven, stir potatoes every 15 minutes. Enjoy!
We use this as a side dish with basically anything from the grill, or with chicken dishes. Let me know if you try it!
